Diversity means something different for each culture. However, having people with diverse backgrounds, age groups, ethnicities and perspectives working together have proven to be highly effective and a main element of high-performance teams.
We believe inclusion is even more important. Having a diverse team will not mean much if its members do not feel they belong together. You need a culture that unifies and allows enough flexibility for competing ideas and mindsets.
